Long Lines, Sketchy Care...headline from the Daily Press on Monday, November 23, 2009
Ok, since we already have a government administered health care program in place, would that be a good place to look for examples of success and justification for adding more government run health care?
Of course, it would be if there were any! If we cannot get it right for our veterans, what do you think will happen for the rest of us?

To me the real disappointing part of this story is the fact that these are our Veterans. They deserve better services than anyone else. So lets see, this is going to be an example of "premium" health care. Oh My God what's it going to be like for the rest of America. Oh wait I actually know because I am from Canada. OK here it is folks, the Canadian system in a nutshell. Go to the emergency room and wait because finding a personal Doctor is impossible due to shortages. I always wonder if the people proposing this idea actually said to themselves at some point, "Hey let's look at the systems around the world that don't work and see if we can make ours just a little worse then theirs."
